How will you locate my loved one’s grave site?
The name of the cemetery, church or resting place will be required. Accurate information regarding a specific location within the cemetery would speed up the process for locating plots. The more information you can provide us the better. We will do everything we can to locate the grave based on the information you provide us. If you are able to provide us with the section of the site and a plot number then this helps greatly. The more information you can provide the better.
Can you customise the services included in the standard care plan?
Yes, we will support and work closely with you to tailor the plan to meet your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that your loved one's memory is honoured with the utmost respect and care. You are welcome to call, email or WhatsApp to discuss any aspect of customising your plan.
Are there any additional costs for customisation or special requests?
We provide a transparent pricing structure. We will discuss any additional costs associated with customisation or special requests upfront. We are happy to facilitate special requests such as placing or lighting a candle, leaving personal notes or cards or even reading out something you have written; these types of request do not incur additional costs.
Can I talk to you about what I would like?
Absolutely. You can call, email, WhatsApp or meet with us virtually or face to face.
Can you provide references or examples of visits or work you have conducted?
Yes, we are pleased to share photographs and we have numerous clients who would provide excellent references. Out of respect, we do not show photos that may identify people. We will only show images where we have explicit consent from families.
Do you only work in the summer?
No. We provide a service all year round. In fact, our busiest time of year is in December.
I am not sure of the current condition of the grave, will this impact the service?
It is normal for a grave to require a little more care and attention especially for the first few visits and maybe more depending on the condition. It can often take a few visits for the condition to improve but we will continue to update you on the condition. Our proprietary cleaners will continue to show improvement in the days and weeks after a visit. Headstones will weather with time and may never recover to their original condition but our work will transform the appearance of resting places and ensure they look loved and cared for.
How do I request your services?

How do payments work?
You can either pay upfront for the full year or choose a monthly payment plan.
All payments are handled securely through Stripe. If you choose monthly, payments are taken automatically and go toward your next scheduled visit.
If you are overseas we can provide an invoice with our bank details to make a BACs payment to.
After payment, we’ll confirm your first visit (usually within 10 days), and before each clean, we’ll check if you have any special requests.
After each visit, you’ll receive a message with a photo update for your peace of mind.
What do you do that the cemetery does not already do?
The cemeteries will cut grass but are not responsible for maintaining individual graves or memorials.
Do you only work in cemeteries?
We will work wherever your loved ones memorial marker, plaque or bench may be.
Do you cater for all faith groups?
We respect all faith groups and apply our dedication and respect to everybody around us. If you have specific requirements associated with a faith group we can accommodate this.
Will you help with our pet’s memorial?
Pets are a part of families and are memorialised in many ways. We can provide the same services for pet memorials.

Do you offer reduced rates if I have more than one grave or memorial in the same location?
Yes, we do. We understand that families may have more than one memorial or grave where loved ones are laid to rest in the same cemetery.
To support this, we offer discount on each additional grave or memorial tended during the same visit when booked as part of a regular care plan.

How clean will the memorial be after the deep clean?
Our deep cleaning process restores the memorial to its best possible condition, removing dirt, moss, algae and other organic growth. While the extent of the clean depends upon the condition and the material of the memorial, you can expect significant improvement in both the appearance and legibility of the inscriptions. The memorial will continue to show improvement over the following weeks and months.
Stone surfaces will be left looking fresh and vibrant, free from grime, lichen and algae which can build up over time.
Engravings and inscriptions will become more visible, making it easier to read and appreciate the memorial's details.
Delicate features, such as lead lettering or intricate carvings, will be carefully preserved without damage.
While the stone may not look 'brand new' (especially for older memorials), it will be restored to a state of respect and reverence, allowing the true beauty of the memorial to shine through once again.
